Air Fryer Zucchini
Sliced, seasoned, and air-fried to perfection.

I make this recipe year-round, but it's especially awesome during the summer when I have zucchini from my garden coming out of my ears! It's an easy side dish you can make in about 10 minutes, and even my picky eater approves. Winning!
Ingredients:
3 average-sized zucchini, sliced into chunks (see photo)
1 TB olive oil
2 TB grated parmesan cheese
1 TB minced garlic
1/2 tsp garlic pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a plastic bag, (I use the produce bags from the grocery store), shake until coated evenly.
Dump into air fryer basket.
Cook at 400* for 8 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
